Chicago - The Musical Inglewood reviews
Chicago was a great musical!
Really enjoyed the show!! Great venue for the show!! We had very good seats, and the seating itself is sooooooo much more comfortable than some of the older theaters here in the Atlanta area, enough to make me only want to attend shows here at Cobb Energy. Parking was pretty easy as well. If I have a complaint, it was that the concession line was pretty long, but we had just eaten, so it wasn't a problem--just an observation.
Getting back to the show, I have seen the movie and really wasn't looking forward that much to seeing this on stage. But wow! That was a mistake! If you haven't seen this stage production of Chicago, you really haven't seen what the buzz about the musical is all about. It was much funnier, interesting, and charming on stage--the movie kinda sterilized it and turned it into a drama. BTW, I am not some artsy person that lives at the theater, just a guy who likes quality entertainment. So do yourself a favor--go see this show!!!
